Isn't it great to finally see some color outside? What a beautiful day for a hike. Looks like you were enjoying yourself...and your new lens. You captured some wonderful images along the way! It's hard to choose a favorite...I'm intrigued by the "caps" on the tree bark, but I love the composition and color of the last image. Great job, Steve! :-)

Great shoots, very clear and colorful. I don't think I've ever seen a plant like in the last one, very cool.

I also went for a walk yesterday. Our spring isn't progressing quite as fast as yours, but it was still fun. I'll have my photos posted tomorrow.

Thanks for taking these! I was stuck inside all day and all I could think of was, what am I missing out there in that beautiful weather? I was hoping you would take some outdoor shots and these came out beautifully. Your macro lens has been a great investment so far. By the way, I got my first gig as a photographer!

It looks like this day was well-spent. Nice shots of nature getting ready for summer.
