Large puddles everywhere! Luckily Upstate New York needs the rain! Below is a quick photo taken while on a walking tour of the Erie Canal. What a terrific history lesson I received about this amazingly successful and technologically wondrous canal. Thank you to the tour guide and to Phil for setting up the field trip. A great way to end a working day!

How did I miss that great reflection shot? LOVED the 2nd image...that is truly how I remember the scene! Gorgeous greens, beautiful purples...a great photo! Maybe cloudy, rainy days aren't so bad after all!
