First day of school! I'm excited about a new year; however, it wasn't easy getting up at 5:15am!
I felt like I was 'in a fog' until I had coffee and began my morning drive. The day literally started with dense fog and I pulled into the Home Depot parking lot in hopes of finding something interesting. I like the bottom photo as the source of the bright light is a parking lot (street lamp)light. I purposely cut the light off to the edge not knowing for sure what the final image would look like...but I like it.

Yeah, I see what you mean about cutting out the light. There is definitely a sense of mystery by doing that. And the glow is very pleasing to the eye. I like the way you cropped it.
These are both really fun. I love the color palette of the first one. But I love the pano look and the composition of the second. Both keepers as far as I'm concerned.
Fog is very common here, but I have never seen such a beautiful images of it before.;))
These are both beautiful images! I do prefer the color of #1 over #2...but love both compositions. Great job!
love them both but my favorite is the second.
The first one I opt for..I think "In a fog " is like the first one .... being out there in the morning is almost like surrender or envelopment..the first one gives me this feeling
stunning! you must have live somewhere outside the city in order to get all these greenery & mist surrounding. the only mist we're getting is smokes from cars exhaust pipes.
