Special Day

Happy Memorial Day! I didn't have poppies to photograph; symbolic flowers for war veterans (originally World War I), so I had to resort to a flower that resembles poppies.

Macro Assignment

I wish I had been with my friends when we shared our macro assignment. I am not a fan of macro...well I'm not a fan of the tripod which seems necessary for macro! With these images I got off my lazy butt and used the tripod!

The photo above is my favorite. I love the colors that were created with light streaming through a small garage window.

Sign of Spring

After commenting that the woods are full of dried leaves, void of any sign of Spring, I found this large, leafy plant. I'm not sure what it is but it is growth!
