Vrooman's Nose Mountain
What a great hike! The views from the ledges of this mountain never end! Though I'm fearful of heights I did feel like I was on top of the world, looking down. I was fascinated with the picture above. I shot that scene a dozen times and when the owners came out I knew I had the image I wanted. Look at the old bus/van and that red barn!
The image below is an example of the hundreds of photos one could take from the top! I hope these images are strong, not just because I'm attached to them. I'll post more another time.

Beautiful images! My favorite is the first one...terrific composition, gorgeous color, and interesting perspective. Love the border and dreamy filter. It's definitely a keeper...you should enter it in the NYS Museum competition!
both beautiful.i esp like the first.what a great perspective and you can't go wrong with a red barn!
i love the man walking into the image on the bottom right on cue.
looks like a perfect hiking day.i am glad you got to enjoy it.
Where is this place? Looks like a fantastic place for shooting. I like the second one because of the cliff jetting out on the side. It drew my attention right away.
