Spring Has Come

I am trying to get back into blogging and my photography. This is an older image but I'm learning to post, all over again. A friend recently said that getting back into photography is like "riding a bike." Here is hoping!

Halloween Goth

With Halloween around the corner, this image reminds me of a "dark and creepy" place. A battle between good and evil. The darkness of the image was chosen purposely to create a dreary scene.

I'm not saying this photo is Life Magazine quality. I am reminded of some photos I've seen throughout the years in the magazine; those photos taken in black and white with an 'amateur' feel. Of course I am biased about how beautiful all my nieces are!...but they are :)

PEZ...Eeyore

My sister's favorite character in the Pooh series. My challenge, to make Eeyore look bright and yet try to create a slight "mood" which Eeyore possesses. For the "mood" I decided to use the soothing colors of blue and green to circle this character. I have to say, shooting these Pez dispensers has been a challenge, even more difficult than people! I'll share another, another time.
