Clarity

Have you ever noticed how light can bring clarity to the simplest of subjects? At the same time, shadows lurk just beyond the light's reach. I wonder if it is possible to avoid or eliminate altogether the dark edges that encompass clarity.....or if I would even want to.

This is a fun free site. Ordinarily I wouldn't share with my photo friends as I like to produce work that is different to look at; however, since the site marks the photo I might as well promote them!

Was watching a show on Pop Art and thought I would give it a try on my niece Lindsey. This is the closest she will ever get to being tattooed, if Uncle Steve has say!

In The Early Hours

Now that I have hopefully fixed some computer issues I will begin posting again. To jump start my new dedication to photography I went to a familiar place. Here I wanted to get a silhouette and I did it pretty easily. Maybe I haven't lost all of my skills in the past few months!

A Warm Reminder

I found this gem tucked away in a trash bin, waiting to be emptied. I didn't like it much at the time I took it; however, at below zero temperatures I now have come to appreciate the warmth found in the image. I wonder what it is about warm temperatures that bring out my creativity and desire to think creatively. Maybe I was once an animal that hibernated during the winter months?

Need To Get Back To Basics

I've been very neglectful in my photography since I completed 365 days of photo taking...IN A ROW! I was burned out but think I'm getting the desire again..maybe. Have a Happy New Year!
